This vacation home is designed for comfort and ease. The main living area features a 20 foot vaulted ceiling, creating an open, welcoming feel. The second story bedrooms overlook the living room, adding to the sense of space. The room is furnished with comfortable leather seating, recliner, a Smart TV, and high speed internet. Family friendly DVDs and a player are available for guests who may enjoy them.
The kitchen is bright and cheerful, with an eat-in layout and plenty of room to prepare meals. It is fully stocked with everyday cooking essentials, including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, tea kettle, and coffee maker. Complimentary basics such as sugar, tea, flour, foil, and cooking oil are also provided.
The primary bedroom is located on the main floor for convenient access. It features a very comfortable king size Stearns and Foster bed and calming decor in soft shades of blue. The bedroom includes a private sink and cabinet area, along with a large garden tub and an oversized walk in closet. The toilet and vanity are located in a separate pass through half bath, allowing guests to use it as a downstairs bathroom while keeping the rest of the primary bedroom area private.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms are tastefully decorated to complement the rest of the home. Each includes a comfortable pillow top queen bed. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower is also located on this level.
The home does not offer garage access. Guest parking is available in the driveway, which can accommodate one to two vehicles parked nose to tail on a gentle incline. Limited additional parking may be available in the center of the cul-de-sac on a first come, first served basis. The neighborhood is walkable and quiet, with sidewalks throughout.
